Prevention: the recommended dose is 2-4 drops a day (equal to 500-1000 IU of vitamin D3)

The recommended dose is 3-4 drops a day (equal to 750-1000 IU of vitamin D3) or as recommended by doctor
Adults and the elderly

In case of a high risk of deficiency, the doctor will assess whether you need to increase the dose
